During your first visit,we will provide you with a brief tour of our facilities and a consultation to help determine which services are best suited for your needs. We will also offer free telephone consultation to help us understand any health concerns or conditions you may have.
We take both cash and card- We use the Sumup payment card where we will send a sumup link to your mobile phone to take the payment.
Yes we provide shower facilities for all customers, time taken in the shower is taken off your duration, we also provide you with creams and fresh towels.
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 1-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee
All time wasters will be permanateley blocked 🚫 from using our services. CCTV in all communal areas
Unfortuantley this is a spa and there is no outcalls.
Closed on all major holidays.
